HUAXIANG (HXRT) Rubber Track Warranty
This warranty covers only failures due to defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use. It does not cover damage that occurs in shipment, failures that occur due to improper undercarriage maintenance and/or the use of undercarriage components that are not OEM specification, failures that result from field conditions, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, faulty installation, normal wear or damage attributable to acts of God.
Warranty is for the price paid for the tracks only. We are not responsible for any loss of use of the track, or other incidental or consequential costs, expense or damages.
Removal and reinstallation costs are not covered by this warranty.
Warranty against manufacturing defects.
A) 600mm and up : Tracks are covered for 1 year from date of purchase or 500 hours of operation, whichever comes first.
B) Loader tracks and Offset style tracks : Tracks are covered for 1/2 year from date of purchase or 500 hours of operation, whichever comes first.
C) Mini-excavators’ tracks (excludes Offset style) : Tracks are covered for 1 year from date of purchase or 1,000 hours of operation, whichever comes first.
This warranty is prorated.
*** IMPORTANT ***
Undercarriage conditions: Sprocket, top and bottom rollers and idler should be in excellent working order.
Rubber tracks will not be covered if:
Undercarriage parts are not in good working order.
Operator misuses or abuses the machine.
Terrain that the machine operates on is not suitable for the type of rubber tracks.
